About Us
A sister of Mercy Commercial College Miguta was established in 1968 by the Congregation of the Sisters of Mercy with the help of CAFOD England. At the time, there was a great need for trained secretaries to work in Government Institutions, the civil service, in schools, and in other various places.
The major beneficiaries were the girls from the neighboring communities who could not find places in other courses or learning institutions by then. Sisters of Mercy commercial college, Miguta is located in a serene environment in Kiambu county along Ruiru-Githunguri Road, Miguta Catholic Church Compound, 7kilometres from Githunguri town and 20 kilometers from Ruiru town.
